煎饼
儿子喜欢吃土豆和面食，尤其是当这两者合二为一的时候，他能吃到根本停不下来。
最近几个早上的早餐我都做了下面这道煎饼，准备好两个土豆，把它们削成非常细的丝（跟泥一样），半根胡萝卜，也一样削成非常细的丝，小香葱切碎，全部倒入一个盆中，打入两个鸡蛋，再加入一些面粉，适量的盐和水，用筷子搅拌调成浓度是可以流动的浆。锅中刷少许的油，倒入调好的浆使之平铺整个锅底，小火慢慢煎至整张饼凝固在一起后再翻过来继续煎另一面。
这样做出来的煎饼非常香，口感也跟软，大小朋友都爱吃，有兴趣的小伙伴们可以在家动手试一试哦！
