Food food food! Go go go!

Sleeping early yesterday, so this morning, I was able to wake up early to quickly cook for the upcoming lunch. Very easy peasy homecook such as braised chicken cubes with potato and mushrooms. While the pot of chicken was being braised, then I boiled a pot of red spinach soup.

Why cooked lunch at early hours? Because later at 11am, the son will be having assessment using Google Meet, teacher expect parents to be on standby if children need help in uploading files or making sure they really did successfully submit their papers.

After finished cooking, I wanted to eat something spicy, and all Malaysians love 'nasi lemak', rice cooked in coconut milk. Combo with Malaysian's sambal, super yunmy! I ordered the coconut milk rice with rendang beef via food delivery service.

Ooh-la-la!
