How do you as a company control the spam of useless questions? Is there a way to filter users who have been flagged as spamming the question community? Or is there a way to reward users who ask great questions by making them show more dominantly?

As I click into the app to see what this is about I read "Do you like to eat kebabs inside? Or do you like eating kebabs outside?

A question like this isn't actually helpful to a community in any way - and can deter a real building of a quality community.
