Opera cake🥧🤤
Ingredients:
• Vanilla sponge cake.
•Chocolate cake.
• White cover chocolate.
• 5 ml of milk cream.
• 2 chucharada of milk.
• 1 vanilla chucharada
• 20 ml of coffee liqueur.
• Cholate dark coverage.
•Butter cream.
Preparation:
Make the biscuits with 6 eggs each, starting by separating the whites from the yolks, whisk the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar little by little, follow the yolks until a smooth cream, add the vanilla and finally integrate the wrap flour with the egg whites, bring to the oven for 45 minutes until the preparation is ready.
For the coverage, melt the chocolate in a marie bath with the cream of milk separately each one.
For butter cream, cream the butter with the sugar and milk until you have a soft, pasty cream.
For the assembly, proceed to cut the biscuits, imbue them with the coffee liqueur followed by the cover of the butter cream and white chocolate, and then finish until you are able.
