We have all heard of the ETH of China named NEO. Charts are looking great and NEO has just set a new high and broken through the last resistance level which makes room for some great growth. Will it pull a similar move that ETH did? What are your thoughts on this? Do you think that the U.S. / N Korea tensions that have reached an all time high will have an effect on the NEO growth possibilities?

STOPThe real pain when it comes to these alt-coins is how to acquire them. How do you buy these things???
Depending on where you are in the world it can differ a little what is the easiest way to get started. I will point you in the direction of Poloniex, Bittrex, Kraken, or Litebit.eu. They will have instructions for you on how to get your first coins and of course you can buy them there and keep them on the exchange for further trading but you can also get yourself private blockchain wallets so that you do not have your money on an exchange but rather under your sole control.
