Binance Issue

This is the fifth application to recover my 20000 steem which was wrongly credited to @deepcrypto8 ‘s saving wallet.

Why can’t binance do a manual retrieve from their saving wallet? Which will take 3 days for the steem to be withdraw from the saving wallet?

I am really at a dead end to recover this 20000 steem.

Anyone has any advise?
