I repeat what I wrote in other words:
My bid deserved 25% before it got skipped.
Later, after I wrote my first comment in this thread, you voted it with 11% regardless of when the undelegation occurred.
I mentioned the undelegation to prevent you from giving me a 25% vote, because now your 25% is worth less than it was.
