This is a great project idea! Have you thought about bringing on a few other people though? Seems like a lot of work for two users to try and manage and build up. Good luck though! I think this is a wonderful idea that should help out a lot of users!

You are right it is a lot of work and very easy to under-estimate!
We are just in the test & creative idea phase at the moment. I was personnaly a bit on the side lines and I have still not signed up on Steemit chat. @lichtblick is already on it!
We have not defined anything yet... We have @mammasitta who is admin in the facebook group and has been since day one on board. We are also close to @hilarski and @surfermarly
@lichtblick is also very close to all the german community. @sandstorm has also mentionned he would be interested to work with us. We are honestly very open.
So we will soon get in contact with Steemians that are interested to work with us. But we also know that we want to keep it simple, this is why, first we are taking our time - step by step!
Please let us know your thoughts. You also seem to know the work it involves so it would be great if you could share your experiences about other projects!
