I have only one question - given I am into music with others here as well. As you are supported by curie this means only new users up to a certain rep get support, correct?
Well, we have our own rules, most of them kinda not so hard rules, but we certainly do not limit ourselves to new users.
Undervalued, (predominately) original, valuable and quality posts by any user with any reputation are considered; Obviously the post needs to be somehow linked to music, but certainly does not have to include music itself.
We do have kinda hard limit on pending payout, at the moment this is set to lower than 3$, but we may change this as we go and also depends on vote power we have as well as SBD and Steem prices at the exchanges. We also build a minimum time window the post must be on the blockchain before we decide for vote, to include late voters in our decisions.
Soon, we plan to publish a post describing a bit better how we curate and what the criteria are we are using, so you all understand what we do.
