Weight loss journy
So i havnt made a post in a few weeks, i have been busy grinding away at the gym. I have gone from 310lbs down to 295 in the last few weeks.
This is dinner tonight. A big change from a big mac meal. Lol
Gonna keep going hard until i get to my goal of 220.
Any meal ideas or workout tips would be great.
