Day 182

Day 182. It's been 20 days since I blogged. I've gained 12 pounds (I was up 17 pounds at one point). After the accident I completely feel off of my diet. I was in pain. Stuck on the couch. Defeated. And I've made some attempts since then to get back on track but they all become a miserable failure. This cycle of terrible eating right in the morning then eating junk during the day or at night is so hard to break. My bad habits are back.
So what am I going to do about it? Well, I've prepped food for 2 days. If I stick to that I'll be off to a good start. Also I'm going to start using this virtual journal again.
Ugh.
