WHERE DO YOU SEE STEEMIT IN THE NEXT THREE YEARS
Good day steemians, I want to thank @whitestallion for organizing this contest.
Introduction
In Three Years time, I see Steemit dominating the social media world. I visualize Steemit outclassing the current world celebrated and majorly used social media platforms eg Facebook, instagram, whatsapp, medium etc.
Firstly, Steemit runs on a Decentralised System of Blockchain where the authority is not attributed to the CEO or the Manager but rather the right and power belongs to the Users who make use of it on daily basis. We can see that no one can just come and shut down the Steemit website for an hour or 2 without duely authorized by the users who make the decision unlike what we just experienced earlier this week in our celebrated social media platforms without a prior notice or apology. This will bring about trust between users and working team and will cause many more users to join the Platform in the Future.
Secondly, Steemit is one of the use cases of the Cryptocurrency named 'Steem'. Cryptocurrency is widely known all over the world as the Future of Finance and is currently undergoing adoptions as we can see in the case of the country El Salvador which recently started accepting bitcoin as a legal tender. So with Steemit being a use case of 'Steem', I think the Future will be a very promising and Fruitful one for Steemit because I believe that adoption of cryptocurrencies will be very high in next 3 yrs and people will like to join the social media platform of what they are adopting as a legal tender.
Thirdly, Steemit rewards there users for performing tasks and participating in contest. This means that you earn on Steemit while you socialize and interact with one another. This is a very unique and innovative feature which other social media platforms don't have. This feature will cause a great massive in flow of users to Steemit in the coming years and will cause them to be glued to the website because the price of Steem and Steem Dollars will be very high in three years time which will make the offer appetizing.
Lastly, there is a room for Staking your Steem in your wallet in Steemit and get a good Return Of investment annually which is a good way of gaining passive income.
Conclusion
I predict that the price of Steem in the next three years will be around 20-30$ while Steem dollars will be 50-75$.
