7 days a week
The 7-day week was used in the imperial calendar in the Roman Empire and was adopted and developed by the Christian church for historical reasons. The Kingdom of England used this system and spread it throughout the world.
The first page of the Bible says that God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day. This seventh day, Monday, is Sabbath in the Jewish faith.
Some sources refer to Babylon and Iran as the birthplace of the seven-day week. The week was known in the Roman Empire before Christianity.

There is a geometric explanation for the reason that the week consists of seven days. If you tie the seven cans together with a rubber band, one in the center, you get a smooth hexagon. For any other number of circular objects of more than three, the shape thus obtained will not be constant. In ancient times, tent logs, firewood clumps or other circular objects may have made the seven numbers mysterious over time.

Another consistent explanation of the seven days of the week is the seven “planets bilinen known in ancient times: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn. However, the seven-day period does not seem to match the lunar or solar cycle. A solar year could be more appropriately divided into five-day weeks. Since a system of five or six day week lengths was 6x5 = 30, a synodic month (month) of 29.53 days would be more appropriate than the current system. Since the length of a lunar circuit (29.53 / 4 = 7.3825) is approximate, the week may consist of seven days.
