Well written. In my opinion i think leaders are born not made. Every good leader has tge trait in them. Yes it becomes develope with time, but if you have no traits of leadership in you, is gonna be very difficult to lead.
I get your argument m'am. With your fourth sentence however, I think we are still on the same page.....ever great leader carries the trait in them which has to be developed. Thanks for stopping by.
