RE: Sea Life Die-Offs, Dried Up Reservoirs and More in the Past Few Months

in #weather6 years ago

Well ...

for a country that tends to have about 300 days of rain a year it looks surprisingly dry lately but its hard to say.

That damn' buxus moth plague has been ravaging like a biblical send from the heavens and i bet there's footy on t.v. (not that i have checked)

It's election time here (mayors and town councils, the lower-level governments in this papermill-country) so its virtually impossible that "something's wrong" at the moment, lol, i bet you know how that goes, politicians being politicians. They try to get about everyone who knows someone on the list hoping for that extra vote, so after that they can divide the same seats among the same people, and in the meantime nothing is too much, the streets will be twice as clean and they might maybe even fix up my driveway if i ask nicely right now, lol. But i dont care much for that either. It doesnt change a thing, its always the same people and the "new" faces are either there as vote-magnets, or were born into it by family or long-term decades of relationship in the proper circles.

I've got a bit of a personal load on my hands too, as the state is trying to keep the leash on, even if would wanna take it off myself for a while and the prizewars aint helping much, ive long given up trying to figure out whats what, is it China cracking down and costing planet Crypton a billion people who could make money with , in, from and by it ? Is it whale-street ? Is it the inner-circle tribal mentality ? Trump maybe, afraid people will stop "working" (in jobs that dont exist anymore). Its pointless worrying about it.

I find the interaction here getting less and less too (on steemit) and me myself i find me talking to a small number of people i have "collected" so far, lol.

At any rate i know this much : the house wont clean itself and as long as my cat can eat i can eat tree bark or grass maybe hahah.

Anyone who would still deny climate change at this point is a total fool, but the usual thing happens : its not about solutions, its about "who's done it"
who's fault is it, it takes lake 15 years to decide who did it, then 5 years to realize its too late to fix and all that's left is damage control.

As always, im glad to see you're not throwing in the towel yet !

(you know me ) by now i guess

There seems to be all kinds a "crazy" things happening everywhere. Here in the states we have a hurricane that is expected to reach the middle... Last time I checked a hurricane was a tropical storm but yet we are to sit back and believe that this "normal" hurricane is expect to reach places that you can look at and tell there is nothing about them tropical.

Oh good ole' elections... gotta love em right (being very sarcastic here). In the states the only time election really are a focus is when it is a Presidential election and then do not bother reading any paper, magazine...do not turn on your TV or radio because that is all that is going to be on it. IMO it does not matter what any politician says when trying to get elected, they never follow through with what they say. You are so right... it is so pointless to worry about it.

We have noticed that there are less people around as well.... wonder if Steem 2.0 will cause more to leave. I really hope not. We believe in Steemit and what it is. Just wish others could see it the way we do. It is a GREAT resource. I find more truthers on here than I have anywhere. We are not planning on going anywhere anytime soon (we don't give up easy at all ^^)

It always boils down to damage control. People focus on the wrong things for way to long... or so it seem to me.

Yes we know you... My partner and I both look forward to our chats... so keep them coming. Take care buddy!
