UK weather: Latest map shows Britain hit with MORE snow THIS WEEKEND

The UK is currently expecting to be hit by “severe snow, gales and ice” and the Met Office has issued several warnings across the Isles.

Up to 20cm of snow has been predicted in the worst hit areas across parts of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The latest weather map has shown that the snowy weather could stick around and continue until the weekend.

Looking at today, a BBC weather forecaster said: “Plenty of severe weather around – severe gales, snow and ice.
