Snowmageddon Continues

If you're a North American, you've probably noticed the crazy winter that you've been having. With record-breaking snowfall and temperatures that were almost -70F with wind chill and even snow in places you wouldn't expect, this year has been brutal in what seems to be a trend of horrible winters since 2013. Now, Arizona is facing the snow and in some of these areas snow is not a norm for them.

Some places see three feet of snow in an entire winter. And then there’s Flagstaff, Ariz., which saw that much snow in 24 hours on Thursday.
“This was a very cold and highly unusual event for northern Arizona,” said Brian Klimowski, meteorologist in charge at the National Weather Service office in Flagstaff. “We had record snowfall in several locations — certainly a historical event.”

Even a few deserts got some snow including the Grand Canyon!
