All or almost all Benefits from Drinking Water

Do we know All Benefits or potential benefits of drinking water? Experts say that we need at least 2Lt of pure water for our body, and good function of all members of it.
Thus:
-Water helps blood circulation and good function of arteries of heart, by distributing water to them, which again through circulation of blood will be distributed evenly throughout body.
-It helps replenishing cells of body, thus helping and protecting from aging, this is translated that our body may not get ''old'' sooner in our life.
-Body keeps our face young, by renewing cells, thus protecting from early wrinkles.
-It helps us also breathing better, as long as we breath oxygen of it.
-It helps good function of kidney of course, by helping detoxification
-It helps digestion and help food to get absorbed easier, helping thus intenstinal function
-One glass of water helps us wake up, or water on face.
-It equally helps plants, trees and flower not to get dry, thus our body also not to get dry, and be always hydrated. Without water we cannot live for more than 3 days, while nothing happens to us, if we don't eat for 3 days.
-It also helps function of brain and clear mind.
-It helps lungs, and protects us a bit from bad consequences of smoking.
-Finally it helps metabolism by accelerating it, and burns calories, thus protecting us from gaining weight. In diets, water is necessary for the process of losing weight, while, as just said, it helps burning fat, in all cases. For that reason, one glass of water 20 min before meal and round 15-20 min after meal are necessary before process of digestion starts.
Let's all drink at least 2Lt of water daily, even if we aren't thirsty, but what a pleasure also to have it when we are (too) thirsty!..Picture of Niagara Falls.jpg
