In memory of Vyacheslav Galva (Kuzmich)

 Three years ago, not only the Azov battalion, but the whole of Ukraine, suffered a severe irreparable loss.
August  26, 2014 died faithful friend Kuzmich - Colonel of the Main Intelligence  Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry in retirement, an  outstanding instructor with impressive military experience. Such professionals as Vyacheslav, before the war in Ukraine was a bit. Military in the third generation, he constantly sought to develop his skills and achieve excellence in everything. In  the arsenal of Kuzmich - courses on countering terrorism, demining,  survival, paramedicine, sniping in the best training centers in Ukraine  and the world, peacekeeping missions. However, he was not only a professional in military affairs, but also a good teacher. Colonel  Galva coached volunteer battalions, who then, in 2014, desperately  wanted to liberate their land from the invaders, and did not have enough  knowledge. He did not stay with the Azov for a very long time, but many thank him  for his life - what Kuzmich taught him to survive during the  battles.
Vyacheslav Galva was killed during a special operation near Mariupol. He was buried in Kiev at Baikovo Cemetery.
In  honor of the legendary instructor Kuzmich the street in his native city  of Cherkassy is named a memorial plaque in the collegium where he  studied. Also  a memorable tradition was the tactical training named after Vyacheslav  Galva, within the framework of which the willing to learn the basics of  tactical medicine, fire training, hand-to-hand combat, tactics,  disguise, intelligence. To these disciplines, the mentor taught volunteers according to the program he had developed himself.
