 Donald Trump congratulated Ukraine on Independence Day

American President Donald Trump congratulated all citizens of Ukraine on Independence Day.

"From  the day of the proclamation of independence of Ukraine 24 August 1991 and especially after the Revolution of Dignity The United States has  always supported her desire to become a truly European country and we will continue to support Ukraine and all citizens and make every effort  to restore the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state", - Donald Trump conveyed in a welcome letter

Today in Kiev held a military parade, timed to the Independence Day. More  than 3,600 Ukrainian military and 10 units from different countries of  the world participated in the current parade, as well as representatives  of the defense departments of Latvia, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova,  Poland, Romania, Turkey, Estonia, the United States and Great Britain. In addition to the head of the Pentagon, James Mattis, from the United  States at the festive parade in Kiev was also attended by US special  representative in Ukraine Kurt Volker.
