Gosh, I always love seafood buffet. We have those buffet restaurants here too in Cebu that serves seafoods. Grilled scallops are yummy!
Yeah. It is the first time for me to taste "grilled scallops". Maybe I use the wrong term"roasted scallops", it should be "grilled scallops", the shell is so beautiful.
In our local place, as usual, there are not too much seafood, or they are rather expensive. We Henan people live in mainland, far from sea. Most of people even have no chance to watch the sea in our lifetime. I watched the sea at the first time until I was 28 years. So excited to see the sea.
I love those beautiful grilled scallops so much. It seems that it can become a kind of elegant art to eat them.
