The fact that the second floor of the facility is the bathing suit free area might have something to do with it as well.

Thank you very much for actually reading as well :) just clearing out "Caracalla's" only second floor is bathing suit free area, but "Freidrichsbad" facility is ALL like that. We never had a courage to try it out though.. but judging from the facade, it should be also one gorgeous place to relax.
