My Thoughts And Photos As I Walk Along.................
Friends. I can remember a few years ago that Walmart had a sign in the store showing the Walmart stock price, each day, to the employees and the customers.
The last words on the sign showed these words, or something close. "The price tomorrow depends on you."
Since most all of the employees were stock owners. They had an interest in "higher prices."
That is true for us on Steemit too. We determine how far and how much we want the Steem price to be in the future.
How do we do that?
We must continue on with what we have already been doing and adding a little extra as we move along with our beloved Steemit.
So with that thought in mind. I want to continue showing to you and to the many others coming into our Steemit family each day. How important it is to me and I hope to you as well.
That we all add and do what we can to push our Steemit to center stage of the world's attention.
My part to add today is something that I trust will be interesting and uplifting. We all love to see good content and to read what the blog poster has to say about the photos or the video.
Will videos be the selection of choice going forward?
See? I am going to have to advance beyond where I am at today. What I do here now is OK.
But when we go to the movies. We go to see the freedom of movement on the screen and listen to the sound at the same time.
I can now think and believe that the day is coming when "videos" will be the content of choice for posters and viewers. Can you see where this is going? Increasing to 50% video content or more.
I am just guessing and thinking out loud here. You can have your thoughts about this as well.
Now back to the work of posting for you. Showing you what I see as I walk along.
Free wood chips anyone? See? The "hurricane" produced something of value. Ha
I can see that some people like the same thing. Imagine that. lol
We don't have thousands of different kinds of plants at our disposal. So we will see a duplicate from time to time as we pass along on our walk.
This place appeals to me. Lots of blue sky and an uncluttered look. Remember. I grew up on a farm. Wide open spaces. lol
More open spaces. With summertime shade available. I like this. Do you like it?
Can our dreams outlive our ability to do? That can become a question for some.
And that could be what we are seeing here. Every choice and decision that we make has implications.
So it is imperative for us that we choose wisely.
While it is true that almost nothing is impossible. It is wise to choose the path of known and proven outcomes.
That is what I want to do.
Live each day in hope. But, also in the realm of knowing what limitations I may have, if any.
Happier thoughts now. Let us live life to it's fullest. It has been allotted to us to do so.
Just as someone/s has so done here. Made the decision and we get to see the outcome of their decision and work. I like that. We live in an interesting world as people express themselves in various ways.
Are we in Arizona? No. But here is a cactus.
Is this a "Yucca plant?" Someone knows.
Oh, how we love power lines?
I know. We need them. But, when will our solar world arrive?
While it may be cool now. The inevitable will arrive for us. Whether we are prepared or not. I can see that someone here is a forward looking person/s. Getting prepared. It will soon be hot here.
The time moves swiftly it seems for most of us.
To end our walk and day. And keeping in mind the cool weather down here.
I will show this to you to close my work and post for you today.
This is so comforting to those that prepare for all possible outcomes of weather and temperatures.
This is one that you may have seen before yourself? I will let you guess where. Ha
Now Friends. My work and post could be a little disappointing to you if I don't offer to you my song selection of the day.
It has to do with who am I and want to be.
A human being that can love and care. That can be my thinking anyway.
Whether I actually can be that person is debatable. Ha

Look at that cactus and the large Yucca!
Now that's different compared to the traditional palms you come to expect to see in the Florida landscape.

I am glad that you know the plants. I would have to look them up to know what they were.
I do like to look at the Yucca. They spring up around here anyplace it seems. Unless I am confusing them with something else.
Remember my motto in life. You have to earn your keep. And being sharp and pointy isn't one of the good qualifications. Ha ha
But, we control them to an area we want them, Sharp pointy things don't get much protection around here with me. Ha
Go live someplace else is my thinking. lol

Good morning, Francis! I enjoyed our walk this morning. The skies are bright and blue. The plants green and luscious. The air is clear (free of city smog) and the time passed quickly. Love the music. You have great taste in music Francis!

Thank you for your thoughtful input and encouragement. Most all of us on Steemit try hard to do as well as we can. Whatever we do, can at times, be an uncertainty to us. Is the work we do interesting to others?
Can we do better from a different approach? Different photos, choosing more descriptive words, etc.?
Whatever we do. When we are about to give up. The unthinkable can happen. A flood of support shows up.
That I like. And we will be well rewarded for our efforts both now and in the future.
Keep the faith. Not in ourselves as much as in our Steemit family. We have a great group of Steemit family members. The soon to be envy of the world as it continues to grow.

Hi there, first time I have come across your blog and I like it's style. I love going for virtual walks in other parts of the world too. Many quality posts to Steemit will hopefully result in a more mainstream platform.
Thank you for visiting my blog. The time is coming and likely is even now.
That it is going to be hard to be noticed outside of one of our little communities inside Steemit.
Imagine choosing from a million posters. Ha. Talk about a "blind dog" in a meat house.
So many good and fantastic choices.
Getting established now is a good idea. We all race along reaching for top now, while there is still time.
I am glad that I am here now and not in about six months or a year from joining.
It will be much tougher then I think.

Nature is such a wonderful thing about life... Sometimes, I just love to walk around and observe God's creation. There's something about obsterving these cactus plants and green plants all around me that calms my mind and makes everything so enjoyable. Recently, however, snow covers every damn thing (I live in Canada). It's still beautiful, but I feel like my blood will turn into a block of ice. You're lucky you still get to enjoy the green landscape during winter!

When the summer comes. We sometimes go to the North country.
When I was younger. I would spend vacation going to Canada.
I thought it strange back then. No air conditioner even in the summer.
But, it wasn't really needed for us anyway.
But, it has been a few years now.
Too much work to do when I go North.

If we have done well today. That is not the end. Steemit is pointing to another day. Tomorrow is that day.
Steemit is always waiting.
It is our job to rise up to the call as well as we know how and to succeed.
Anything less to me is not acceptable. For me. I refuse mediocre or just OK. I will keep thinking and trying until I am satisfied. And that hasn't happened yet. Ha

I noticed the 'free wood chips' sign on the boom truck, a lot of tree companies do that around here also, it cost them money to dispose of at the landscape centers, companies would rather just drop it off for free at any random persons house who calls.
That would make sense. Even dollars and cents. Ha
I have heard of some charging in some locations in our country.
The chips make good mulching material. I would like to have a load.
