We do have some options that we can use. Here I will show you what I mean. Three views of the same house. The lighting is different.
Bright.
This view is brighter.
Then the darker view. You can make up your mind which view you like.
From houses to plant views. That is what we do when we are walking.
Look below at what we can find. I have to look first though. The views will not come to me. Ha
Darker view first. Then a lighter view.
I am always checking to see which I think is best.
Back to a house again. I love to look at neat places.
It takes time, effort, and money to take care of a place the way some of us like to see them.
These property owners get a "green star" from me.

The water is from all the rain we had a few days ago.
The walking up to it approach.

We know that work is being done.
Repair, remodeling, or moving.
The property is seeing some change.

Dear sir good evening thank you for another eye catching clicks I think these are Lychee found in summers in India.
The dark and bright images are like dark part of life and after every darkness you will find the brightest day too.
Good combination of images and I can say that your city and surroundings are so beautiful.

That was the first time I have seen them growing here in Florida.
I could have seen them before, but I didn't notice enough to learn about them.
Maybe in my walks. I will see them again.

As always a lot of information in your post Francis, to start with the fruits of the first picture puzzled me completely, look like strawberries but you come closer it is obviously not.
The contrast play is good to see how that change the opinion about the structures and makes one like or dislike it. I like brighter colored photos and of course the house look really neat and nice, probably white color contributes too.
Also I love this little animal on your last photograph, we have plenty of them, always hurry amazing to observe their ability so quickly climb and jump :)

We are living in a new world in contrast to the one I grew up in as a child.
