The smartest business tactics
There are many business techniques you have heard about . But this one will surely draw your attention .
There is one shopkeeper who own a small chai shop (nukkad wali ghumti ) which we call . We regularly visit there in the evening as we all friends gather there for chill after a hectic day.
One fine day i went there and what i see there was a gallon filled with water with a tag line written on that .
For those who don’t understand hindi - (For the first time in Indore , chilled water of RO for only 3 rupees / glass ).
He could easily put some bislery bottles in a chiller and sell them but he has some other plans . I thought him to be a fool that a 250 ml bottle of 5/- contains lesser water than a 250 ml of glass and still he is selling it for only 3 rupees . But when i got this logic after coming back home i was stunned .
The main logic behind this is ;
He fills up 2 gallons of 20ltrs in his home and put them in the fridge for whole night . And before leaving for shop he puts another two gallons in the fridge which are taken to the shop by his wife later when the gallons empties .
Now the main game .
250ml water in glass = Rs 3
1 litre water = Rs 12
20 litres water = Rs 240 .
He daily sells 5 gallons of water till 11 pm = Rs 240×5 =Rs 1200 .
He makes 1200 Rupees daily and 36000 rupees monthly from water only excluding his income from the shop without any investment .
Now you can imagine how smarter he is .
When i told him “ daddu me sab samajh gaya ki aapke ye business ka tarika kya hai .”
He was like “ chl muze mera business krne de .”
