Gari Soakings, A Ghanaian's favorite
Today i bring to you a delicacy from Ghana.
This is actually one of the easiest food to prepare in Ghana but my fellows in Nigeria do have similar but it's with yellow color. You know whenever it comes to any food in common Ghanaians rock better than Nigerians including the jollof rice.
so here we go
First your ingredients most needed
- 2 cups of Gari (fried milled cassava)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Peanut (appreciable quantity)
- Dairy milk to taste
Preparation
In preparation you need same amount of water to quantity of gari to mix with other ingredients
In other ways it depends, some prefer it thick others prefer it lighter. Yeah so that's Gari preparation in Ghana and it tastes great.
