Vision is one of the most essential factors that a leader needs. No leader can achieve something great without it.

INTEGRITY: Heb,1:9,2, Tim 2:19.
Integrity makes a leader. A good name is better than anything. You can not climb high when your character is low. John Maxwell calls this the law of solid ground.
PEOPLE: mark 3:12.

As a leader, your greatest asset is people. You must have people skill, good relational skills, without people vision is equally perishes, I'd you go fast, go alone but to go far, go with people.
COURAGE: Josua 1:9, Heb.10;35

Many men with courage have done great and might thing for the Lord. Courage is not the absence of fear, but fear under subjection or control, courage to take risk, courage to change things are not working. Courage to discipline.

PERSONAL PRAYER LIFE. ALONE WTH GOD
Most of the Bible characters that God use immensely practiced this. Personal altar is crucial to the fulfilment of our ministry. We need to withdraw to draw.

A SUPPORTIVE SPOUSE:
There is a limit to what a leader can do without the support of his spouse. Charity begins at home, also leadership begins at home. A good and supportive wife will help a leader produce effectively.

PERSONAL GROWTH: 2Peter 3:18
Your growth is the growth of your organization.when you stop growing, it is only a matter of time, it will really show in the ministry. Definitely, when you increase in knowledge, you will increase in value.
