VR technology

How will virtual reality technology effect us?

Virtual reality was originally videos that you could watch with a full 360 degree view. When VR was first introduced people were fascinated. After a while VR was incorporated into gaming. Game developing companies started making games that you could virtually interact with. Everyone was blown away that you could physically run and walk and move fully in the real world and it would translate into a game. They made war games that feel like real war and places where you could go relax and talk to people.

VR is already changing us as people. Why would you need to leave your house if you can get almost get the real thing in the comfort of your own home. Vr is changing the way we social interact because we dont have to leave our homes to speak and see our friends. I find this a problem because this is pushing away our physical relationships and turning them digital.

VR can kill our society's need for physical interaction because you can have almost the real thing without all the effort or consequences. Virtual reality can have a really positive effect on the world or cause social interaction as we know it to crumble like a cookie.
