STEEM IT is currently going through a crucial phase, most of steem it user doesn't know about it and how it will affect them. In contrast to other crypto currency like Ethereum, bitcoin etc. which are produced through mining steem is a little bit different. Steem it works on volunteers who manages steem its servers which help people like us to do what we do. There is large no of people who volunteer for that and thus they need votes from us so that they can support their servers. It is important to note that these people who maintain server doesn't get any financial help or get paid for this, they solely earn from engagement and other stuff.

Thus, it become very important that we support them. For this purpose, steem it has given every user 30 votes which we can cast. we can also designate our votes to another person who can than cast them on our behalf. Since every vote count, we should vote for this endeavor.
