Description:

V-S020 looks like a middle aged man with pale blue skin(as if he had died by drowning) in vaguely religious garb, though the denomination he is part of is unknown by his uniform. It consists of a plain light gray robe, and an oddly shaped hat of identical shading. Unlike most other class S, the worn garb of V-S020 has been known to change dramatically, leading to the confusion about his potential affiliation.

Though generally amicable to strangers, V-S020 has a rather dour personality. His remarks are frequently biting, and he does not refrain from criticism when he feels it is necessary. He has never been documented as leaving his usual location near a decrepit building we now generally call Ert’s Chapel. However, he does have a markedly more conciliatory disposition towards young adults and children, which is only known due to his ability.

Combat and Abilities:

V-S020 has the ability to completely reverse the aging process, reducing the age of any being up to just over ten years old. How he does this is entirely unknown, or why he is able to do this. The only known requirement is proximity, as every other part of this ability seems near limitless. Through direct conversation, the following has been claimed:

1. Anything that has an appearance of age can have its age reversed up to ten years by V-S020. This includes inanimate objects.

2. Theoretically, immortality is possible as long as V-S020 remains unharmed and within the proximity of the subject. They will forever remain ten years old once finished reverse aging to that point and not going beyond the effective range of V-S020.

3. Though some attributes of the subject change, like word choice, vocal pitch, and physical appearance, they keep the overwhelmingly majority of their faculties. They retain their full memory, intelligence, and problem solving capabilities from their normal age.

According to V-S020 himself, he reverses the age of any subject with the express purpose of having them read a mysterious book within his chapel. The book has been confirmed by multiple people as containing symbols not matching any known language nor code, and no substantial meaning has yet to be derived. V-S020 has stated that only a child’s mind can properly decipher the secret of this book, and his eternal goal is to find someone to reveal its secrets.

However, there is a creeping fear of V-S020 that overtakes anyone kept in child form by V-S020. Eventually, they will flee and thus return to normal age, with no understanding of why they were seized by mortal fear beyond that they simply were. This is a consistently repeatable phenomenon, though the cause of this is still not understood.

Conclusion:

Testing with V-S020 is permitted, but discouraged. Despite both having such a unique ability and the lack of perceived ill will towards humans, very little in terms of interesting results has been achieved through previous experiments beyond the already documented effects.
