MY VOCAB PRACTICE:
Optometrist.
My optometrist examined my eyes and gave me a new prescription for my eye glasses.Optician.
After receiving the prescription, I then handed it over to the optician next door.Ophthalmologist.
My ophthalmologist is treating my eyes for glaucoma.Optics
Glaucoma is a disease in which one’s eyes optic nerves get damage which can cause blurry vision and perhaps blindness if not treated soon enough.
