RE: Vocab-ability–170 (path, pat, pass = feeling, suffering) – A More Powerful Vocabulary (earn UpVotes with “Vocab Practice” exercise)
MY VOCAB PRACTICE
- After Anthony's father died, I stopped by to offer my sympathy.
- I showed compassion for the wasp and put it outside instead of killing it.
- Clark has antipathy to the neighbor's dog because it barks all night.
- We must be patient and wait for the popcorn to pop.
- The patient forgot her wallet at the Dr.'s office so they had to come back and retrieve it.
- The spare tire on my car looks pathetic next to the super swampers I normally have on it.
Good work!
