- Verbose: In writing as in speech more words is not better. Nevertheless the verbose can hide their empty thoughts and pale opinions in chatter.
- Verbalize: Verbalize this (hand gesture)!
- Verbatim: The essay writing exams in China are spectacular; every student scores in the 90% range. It's no wonder however, since they write verbatim what their teachers had said during lecture; they of course memorized the "notes" they took, which of course were verbatim transcripts of the lectures.

Sometimes, it's best to stick to hand gestures. Verbalizing them can be too offensive!!
