Food Ingredients:
1 catfish.
120ml sweet soy sauce (sold at the supermarket)
50ml of fish sauce; Sugar 15g; 1 onions, finely chopped; 4 cloves garlic; 2 chilies; pepper 15g
Processing:
Step 1: Stir the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and water until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2: In medium clay pot, boil 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, add garlic, onions and chilies while stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Add the boiling water mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Put the fish in a small fire for 10 minutes. Then use a forceps, gently flip the fish, cook until the fish is half dried or almost (about 10 minutes).
Reduce heat and sprinkle with little pepper. Put the fish on a plate or bowl, decorate the onions, smell, chili.
That is very expensive here, they sell by weight ,that pic right there will cost about $15 here.
