Best advice for losing some weight without exercising is the Keto Diet, which I refer to is as the caveman diet. Eat grilled meat, eggs, cheese, bacon, it all including and the pounds drop. So far lost 16 for me. Watch a few of these video''s from Dr. Berry.

Good luck, as you lose weight it will be easier to move around.
