RE: How About NuVivaBits ?

in #vivacoin7 years ago

That’s an interesting proposal. It’s nice to think that all of the talk behind Viva isn’t dead and lost and that everyone’s investments haven’t gone to waste.

This project seems to have some big hurdles to overcome. How would the Viva community really be able to help?

Sort:

Well, right now we are definetly not in the position to help NuBits )
However if this project will collapse we might contribute to fork and rebrand it.
Well, actually we could fork it right now, crediting every Viva holder with "VivaBits" and "VivaShares" according to our Viva balanses, but just cloning Nu would be sort of boring.
Viva project still do have considerable funds, I think something like 30,000 Steem.
So one way to deal with those funds is to distribute it among TQ customers. That would probably mean people getting something like 5 cents for 1$ invested.
Another option would be spending this money for future development and I'm trying to push forward the second option.

For myself, I’d be happy to see the remaining funds be put to further development and good use, but for people who have lost big money, I understand their reluctance to back further development. It sure would be nice to see something good come of all this.
