I experience trouble uploading quite often...Well, the uploading part is done without any issues, but the transcoding afterwards can take forever....But there is a trick..Just cancel the upload, upload the video again, and usually the transcoding starts within 10 seconds....otherwise, just cancel again....
Works for me..!!..
