This delicious type of bao is very common in the north of Vietnam: banh ran man. Normally serve with fish sauce, herbs and salad .This is one of my favorite!

This dishes are all made from fish: fish spring roll and fish noodle, can’t be better I think

Don’t freak out if you see chicken feet, because they are the most delicious street food on earth I swear. All of these dishes are made with other parts of chicken apart from meat. Sounds crazy but looks tasty right.

The last one is the king of Vietnamese street food and also the most wellknown world wide: banh mi. This typical Vietnamese baguette is normally served with homemade grilled pork, fried eggs, liver pate herbs and salad.
