What movie is the most disturbing amongst all the movies you’ve seen?

I have seen a lot of disturbing movies in the past but there is one that actually affected me even physically. Before listing my top 3 movies you have to understand that the very movie that is disturbing to one could have an entirely different effect on another. I will also state why these movies were unsettling and disturbing as well. And more disturbing is the fact that the names Leonardo DiCaprio and Jake Gyllenhaal is involved in majority of existing disturbing movies.

Of these listed movies the most disturbing to me are; Source Code, Night Crawler and the most disturbing, Inception.

Source Code:
This is the story of a soldier who's consciousness was inserted into another human being and used on a special program. A bomb blast one morning on a train puts this program into action. Jake Gyllendaal, Colter Steven had his consciousness inserted into a teacher going to work who was on the train that blew up to find out who was responsible for the bombing. He has just 8 minutes to identify the bomber and stop him from detonating the next bomb that same day. He however cannot change the past but to gather information. But the turn out of event got me exploding inside as he later found the bomber stopped the bomb from exploding and got him arrested. In the end his consciousness lives on and the incident never happens... yeah! it's that hard to explain but putting myself in his shoes, it was disturbing to know that am alive and dead at the same time...

Night Crawler:
Another classic thriller with Jake Gyllendaal. Louis Bloom, desperate for work decides or rather accidentally ventures into L. A. crime journalism. He has wits, he is determined and unstoppable. Rather than help solve a crime or avert one, he chose to just record it for his selfish benefits. He doesn't just cover crime scenes, he interferes in them climbing his new ladder of crime journalism. The disturbing part of this movie is how he lured his cameraman to his demise and didn't help him when he got just but just kept recording the entire scene... What a Psycho !

Inception:
I have experienced almost everything made of this movie. It is a story about a thief who steals secrets from his victims through their dream. This is the most disturbing movie of all I have seen. After seeing the movie I fell sick and couldn't do anything for 2 weeks... I was literally lost in dreamland... You need to see it for yourself to understand.
