Yes! It is a "Vegan/Vegetarian" restaurant. It is a Vietnamese Buddhist restaurant. But if you are not vegetarian or vegan, don't let this keep you away! There are "mock meats" made of vegetables which will give you the same tastes and flavors and sensations as eating meat. The Pho there is the best I have had in my life!
