Although Ubisoft has been getting a lot of slack in recent years for re-using game mechanics over and over again, one area they never fail at is world design. In Assassin's Creed Unity they managed to create a convincing Paris amidst political and social turmoil. You will see large crowds of revolutionaries roaming the Parisan streets, public executions using the guillotine and much more.
