So a lot of crappy block chain clearing house setups the questionable ones will create that do not embrace open source and proper verification will have to be carefully picked through. And the right ones supported or there be clouds on the horizon.
My understanding is that if a person votes, opens a bank account, is emlpoyed etc. that person will be required to sign, "I am a US citizen." The courts see this as contractual consent to submit to laws of The US (Washington DC not the USA. US is different than USA!). Its probably the same in every central bank country. Also birth certficate is collateral for debt. Slaves are not allowed to sign contracts.
When your parents applied for a birth certificate and you verified your consent with social security number or tax file number outside u.s. sorry to be the bearer of bad news😕
