Dr. Cliff talks about the 5 worst excuses he's heard about in regards to audiologists trying to fudge their way out of doing Real Ear Measurements or REM on their clients. REM is important because it measures and helps adjust listening devices programming to not only the patients prescription for their hearing loss but also adjusting so that the patient will have comprehension of spoken language in noisy environments, such as when a TV or radio is on, or inside a car, or a noisy restaurant, etc.
