- Open a command prompt window:
Click the start button and type "command." Wait until "Command Prompt" with a black box appears; click it.
On your keyboard, press the Windows key and R key simultaneously.
- Type "tracert live.twitch.tv" without quotes:
Your route will likely have time-outs. This is normal, since ICMP traffic is blocked once it reaches the Twitch network successfully. - Right click on the command prompt window:
This will highlight text white. - Right click on the highlighted text:
This will copy it to your clipboard.
- You can now paste it anywhere.
