I haven't seen that one yet. I'll have to look for it! haha yeah most Japanese I have talked to are pretty negative on US sushi. Many don't like how it is non-traditional. The funny thing about that is that at fast food sushi places here (ie conveyor belt sushi places) there are so many bizarre and non-traditional sushi creations and they are all very popular. I think the Japanese just like to hate on US sushi because it's not Japan. haha. I like US sushi as long as it is fairly fresh.
