Interviewing the man behind Muscle Works Gym

Here is an interview of a legend, i shot this a while back but always love coming back to listen to this dude talk. Truly an inspirational character and also a guy who has achieved loads. Sav Kyriacou is a well known and respected name in the field of bodybuilding he started competing many years ago and now trains other athletes he also owns the world famous Muscle works gym. At the time of filming this he had 3 gyms scattered around London he now has 5 gyms.

If you're big into training you kind of have to pay a visit to one of his gyms it's the UK equivalent of the world famous Golds Gym.

Shot this on a canon 5d mk3 and for lighting i used one LED panel on the right. For sound i used a standard lapel mic which also captured some background training sounds which adds to the ambience. I'm not usually a fan of lapel mics and much rather would use a proper boom but for this being fast was key.
