"Going Rental" once again
When I filmed a runaway horse returning to the roost, it reminded me of "Going Rental," a double-entendre song I wrote about the clumsy phase of a relationship when familiar mechanisms of motion become awkward and faulty like the unfamiliar fumbling we all do when we get behind the wheel of a new rental car.
I composed the song on a long drive and recorded it on the return trip. All traffic sounds are sheer lucky timing. My original version included the ridge drive imagery exclusively.
