I Have A Feeling We Will Be Relying On Analog Technology Despite Rapid High Tech Evolution.

I am currently working with the Tulip Conference to create an event in Las Vegas based on heroes that have created solutions to real world problems. They say the internet can not be turned off but things like electricity can be compromised. There has been a sharp rise in natural disasters and climate change in the past 20 years.

Not too long ago, Houston experienced Hurricane Harvey and we saw the panic and frustration first hand. There are still people that are homeless and people that have been displaced. During the hurricane people were relying on the zoom app to communicate with people via wifi because some were not able to make calls. However, what if an event happened that causes a major electrical outage and damage to cell phone antennas? These are problems we are trying to solve and shine light on projects that are creating primal solutions.
