Victorian Woolwork
Absolutely gigantic woolwork wreath from the Vicotiran period. I have a large collection of mourning items and really love the hair and woolwork the most. At one point this was in a shadow box, sadly it did not survive, however, I have long used it as a garland above passage ways.

It looks to me more like the head of a cow, than something that grows. Well, like something has grown over the head of a cow put on the wall.

That is a wonderful piece of antique handicraft.
I really love all the hand-work from earlier periods, you can just feel the energy and, of course, there is the beauty.
