QUESILLO TRADICIONAL
Hola amigos de steemit hoy les quiero compartir otra receta de mi
pais hermoso Venezuela que es el quesillo una receta muy facil de preparar y
se nesecitan muy pocos ingredientes ...
Ingredientes
3 Huevos
1 Vaso de Leche
1 Vaso de agua
1/2 Taza de Azucar
Preparacion
Primero agregar en el vaso de la licuadora los 3 Huevo,La leche,EL agua y luego agregar la 1/2 taza de azucar
y licuar hasta obtener una mezcla homogenea
despues en la cocina colocar en cocina la quesillera o envase donde vas a agragar la azucar a fuego medio hasta que se caramelize la azucar
despues vas agregar la mezcla homogenea a la quesillera o envase y colocarla dentro una olla en baño de maria por alrededor de 45minutos
y ya tenemos nuestro rico quesillo listo para comer
